Welcome to GetWarforged. Below are all store policies, including our Return & Refund Policy, Replacement Policy, and Shipping Policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Return & Refund Policy

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can fix the issue quickly.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be processed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Changing your mind

  • Not liking the fit or design

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


Replacement Policy

GetWarforged In rare cases where a replacement cannot be processed, a refund may be issued.

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item arrives misprinted

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost in transit

What You Must Provide

To request a replacement, you must include:

  1. Order number

  2. Delivery date & time

  3. Clear photo or video proof, such as:

    • Damage

    • Misprint

    • Wrong item received

  4. Short description of the issue

Missing information may delay or void the request.

Important Notes

  • You will receive a replacement only

  • Items cannot be returned

  • Replacements are issued for the exact same item (size, color, design)

  • If the item is out of stock, a replacement of equal value may be offered


Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders require 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping.
No weekend or holiday production.

Shipping Times (After Processing)

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

    • Example: A U.S.-made hoodie shipped to Canada arrived in 10 days

  • International: 10–30 business days

    • Varies by country & customs delays

Shipping Rates

Canada (Domestic Shipping)

  • Orders $100+FREE shipping

  • 0–2 kg: $14 CAD

  • 2–30 kg: $21.90 CAD

United States (U.S. Cross-Border Shipping Rates)

These are the standard U.S. cross-border rates based on weight:

  • Orders $100+FREE shipping

  • 0–0.5 kg: $7.90

  • 0.5–1.5 kg: $19.90

  • 1.5–30 kg: $29.90

  • Express (0–1.5 kg): $34.90

Rates may vary depending on weight and carrier service.

International Shipping

  • Rates are automatically calculated at checkout

  • Delivery time varies by country


Incorrect Address Policy

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, GetWarforged is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed packages

  • Undelivered packages

No refunds or replacements will be provided for address errors.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds for stolen or misdelivered packages.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees that may apply to their order.
GetWarfoged is not responsible for charges imposed by local customs authorities.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be refunded.
Customs processing delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


At GetWarforged, every order is handled with precision and speed.
Once your order is placed, it takes 1–24 hours for it to be processed and sent into production.
